Rankings and paid placements

Clinics and chamber brands can pay for a featured slot on a city page, the clinic directory, a best-of or category page, a chamber page, or the homepage. The slot is labeled Sponsored. It is a paid placement. It is not part of the ranking. Payment does not change order, score, verdict, comparison text, or the ItemList positions in structured data. The clinic or chamber stays where the editorial sort put it. The paid slot is a separate block above that list.

Read the full account on how we rank. A featured inquiry is a separate form at Get featured.

Concierge

Manufacturers pay us a disclosed partner fee when you buy through the concierge. Manufacturers pay us a disclosed partner fee when you buy through us. It never changes our rankings. That description is not an approved term of sale until it is reviewed. Rankings are never for sale.

Listings

Clinic and chamber listings come from submissions and from published sources. This draft does not warrant that a listing is complete, current, or accurate. Confirm details with the clinic or the manufacturer.
