Concierge form
The form at /concierge/ collects your name, email, optional phone, city and state, a stage (Just starting to look, Comparing a few chambers, or Ready to buy), and the message you type. If the address includes a chamber id, that id is sent as well. The page path is sent. A hidden honeypot field is sent. When a Cloudflare Turnstile site key is configured, a Turnstile token is sent.
The browser posts that JSON to https://labs.goingup.agency/api/form with form_type "quote", site "hbot-finder.com", and source "concierge". /request-quote/ redirects to /concierge/ and does not show a separate form.
Clinic listing form
The form at /list-your-clinic/submit/ collects clinic name, address, city, country, website, services, pricing, photo URLs, and chamber rows with a type and an ATA value. It posts form_type "clinic" to the same endpoint. This browser stores a submission token in localStorage.
Featured placement inquiry
The form at /get-featured/ collects name, email, organization, organization kind, website, message, and the placement ids you check (city, clinics, best, chamber, homepage). It posts form_type "advertising" to the same endpoint, plus a honeypot and a Turnstile token when a site key is configured.
Clinic claim form
The claim form on a clinic page collects name, email, role, and message. It posts form_type "clinic_claim" to the same endpoint, with the page path.
Chamber listing form
The form at /submit-listing/ collects company name, chamber name, website, contact name, email, and message. It posts form_type "listing" to the same endpoint, with the page path.
City request form
The form at /request-city/ collects city, country, email, and message. It posts form_type "city" to the same endpoint, with the page path.
The form worker sends those messages through Resend when a Resend API key is set on the worker. This draft does not describe what Resend stores. The public contact address on this site is hello@hbot-finder.com.
Analytics
When a PostHog project key is set, the site loads PostHog. It records page views and pageleave events. Person profiles are limited to identified events. Session recording is off. The concierge form calls identify with the email address you submit and records an event named request_quote_submit with the stage you chose.
These pages do not load a Datafast script.
